I commend the team, Daryn, Nihi, Rob and Ngakuira and their network of professional colleagues for their past and continuing support of community-led development projects being implemented in Tamaupoko.

My applause also to the settlement leaders for their dedicated work in their respective home areas.

I truly believe the economics, self-reliance and community as key focus themes, enhances and complements, bringing these settlement communities together, to work as one into the future, helping and encouraging each other, for the longterm health and wellbeing of all.

I embrace, enjoy and delight in being amongst this amazing team of hard-working people, giving their utmost to benefit the Tamaupoko community, as our old people would want.
